apparently the website was a decoy and not the actual Beacon Theatre website. Be careful when purchasing tickets online and always verify that the website is, in fact, the actual theatre website and not just a copy of it.

Ugh, I wish I would have found this before. I just fell for the same thing.
Called immediately after and having no luck "all sales are final". Paid the price of another ticket in service fees - rip off!
Yes, we did use the tickets since there was no other recourse and I was afraid to post anything further until after the concert as I read about some consumers who paid and then did not receive the tickets either. I would be happy to write further about this if that will help anyone else not make the same expensive mistake that I did so please feel free to contact me through this website.

I have had the same issue, falling for one of TicketMagic's fake sites. I've filed an FTC complaint.
